Today our group had created advertisements for Pump Up Gym and again finalised our presenatation for Monday.

Monday - June 23

Today our team finalised all parts of the assignment in order to be ready and prepared for our business presentation on Wednesday.

Thursday - June 19

Our team worked successfully, completing the floor plan for the presentation, finalising the permanent location of the gym, writing our mission statement and beginning our preparation for the presentation of our business.

Friday - June 13

Christopher: Target market for the gym.
Jonathan: Worked on government locations.
Kevin: Researched the costs for advertising in the newspaper.
Gabriel A: Roles in our team.
Michael & Luka: Marketing strategies, market research.
Jeffrey & Afif: Location location, Equipment update.

Thursday - 12th June

Today our team, expanded and continued on the work following from the previous lesson.

Monday - 2nd June

Kevin and George: Drew up the chart outlining the jobs for each individual. Kevin also drrew up a floor plan of the gym with all necessary aspects of a building included.

Jonathan: Expanded on the legal structure and its reasoning

Jeffrey and Christopher: Researched the target market for the business.

Afif, Luka and Michael: Gym equipment finalisation, researching for the best gym equipment.

Monday - 2nd June

Kevin & George: Establish employment plan, which outlined the jobs for each individual. Kevin constructed the floor plan of the gym.
Jonathan: Outline the legal structure< reasoning

More work and less workouts

Good works boys. Ensure all staff are managed effectively i.e no time wasters. I would like to see the job description of every employee next lesson and their pay / wage structure. REMEMBER: you are in business to make money and wages and staff are one of the biggest expenses a business can have. make sure yours is not idle.
